We offer a choice for Breakfast and Evening Meal and vegetarians can be accomodated.
Our Bar/TV Lounge has comfortable all round bench seating on which you can enjoy a social drink from our well stocked bar.
All our bedrooms are centrally heated and have natural light. All beds have duvets and the bedding is colour co-ordinated. The en-suites are modern and spacious with showers w/c's and wash basins. TVs and tea/coffee making facilities are provided in all rooms and towels are provided along with complimentry soap and shampoo

If you are travelling to us by car we suggest you come in on the M55 Motorway. Continue to Junction 4 "A583" signposted for Blackpool North Shore, leave the Motorway turning right off the roundabout and onto dual carriageway, Preston New Road. Stay on this road until you see the first hotels on the left hand side, at the next crossroads turn left into Palatine Road, and No34 "Cherry Tree House" is situated towards the bottom on the right hand side at the junction of Livingstone Road.
