 | We are a small friendly hotel, only yards from sea front parking, and Views of the Sea from our garden; guest lounge; and one family room. We are centrally located and a short distance from all Blackpool’s attractions. Regrettably, we cannot accept pets, groups aged under 25 or Hen or Stag parties. We are less than 10 minutes walk from many more main attractions, including Theatres; Clubs; Cinema; Central Pier; Blackpool Tower; Winter Gardens etc. and only a short Tram Ride from Cocker Street to the Pleasure Beach, Sandcastle Water Park & South Pier on the South Shore. With all of these attractions on our doorstep, this does not compromise you having a peaceful night’s sleep as we cater for families, couples and small groups only, and are located just far enough away from the late night clubs not to disturb you. |
| Phoenix Guest House is fully central heated with each room having tea/coffee facilities, TV and towels, iron, hairdryers on request. There is a comfortable Guest Lounge available during the daytime and evenings, with its own TV. Our Dining Room comfortably seats up to 20 people and we are proud of our traditional Full English Breakfast. |  |
