We have ample free parking on the hotel forecourt, with space for a 53 seater coach.
Many of our bedrooms give you glorious views of the bay and the illuminations. There is a tram stop outside the Southdown for a ride to Blackpool Tower, town centre and on to Cleveleys and Fleetwood.

The Southdown has 29 fully en suite bedrooms: 18 doubles, 5 family, 4 twin and 2 single rooms. Bedrooms are designated non-smoking for the benefit of all our guests.

Meals are served in our very spacious and elegant dining room which overlooks the promenade. We have established a reputation for good food, service and generous portions. Menus are changed daily, with vegetarian and special diets catered for with advance notice.
The Southdown has a comfortable bar which offers a good range of beers, lagers and wines where guests can enjoy a drink with friends and family. Light entertainment is provided in peak season subject to numbers and we have a dance floor for to dance the night away.
Our function room is ideal for private functions, weddings and family celebrations, trade presentations and small conferences.
Special rates are available for children, senior citizens and parties.
