The farm is delightfully set in 25 rural acres - a peaceful and tranquil location on the north Cornish coast - making it an ideal place from which to make the most of Devon and Cornwall.
The 16th century farmhouse is on the site of the original Manor House, mentioned in the Doomsday Book, and enjoys spectacular views towards the Atlantic Ocean, just a short distance away.
Additional to the farmhouse accommodation there are three luxury cottages and six fully-equipped, sympathetically converted barn cottages.
Central to the Family Cottages is a superb heated pool (80 F) with a sun terrace and spa bath. Nearby is a large play area.
Uniquely, a house-keeping service is available if required. |

Badger Cottage, Primrose Cottage & Swallows Nest
All the family cottages overlook the pool and are fully equipped with television and video, microwave, cooker and fridge etc.
Parsons, Manor & Pound
These three new cottages are built to luxury specifications, sympathetically constructed to blend with the existing 16th and 18th century cottages. Each has superb views over the rolling countryside, down to the sea and are adjacent to the swimming pool and spa bath.
Peartree, Stable & Nook
Quietly set away from the pool and play areas are the courtyard cottages. With breathtaking views, backing onto our own fields. |  |

Tennis: Our all weather tennis courts are well worth a try. Breathtaking rural and sea views to look at whilst you change ends. Full coaching can be arranged, please enquire when booking.
Swimming Pool & Spa: Surrounded by a superb sun terrace is the swimming pool. Kept at a constant temperature of 80F. Also on the sun terrace is the Spa Bath.
Play Park: Our custom built play area is suitable for most age groups of children.
Slide, monkey bars and swings etc. are available.
Bike Hire: Bike hire can be arranged for you. We are situated on the "Sustran's Way", with miles of cycle paths through breathtaking scenery. Please enquire on booking.
Surf Lessons: Surf Lesson can be arranged for you by a fully qualified surf instructor. Certified by the British Surfing Association. Please enquire on booking.
Bar-B-Q Area: A Bar-B-Q area is available for you to use at any time. In addition to this there are gas fired BBQ's available to use on your own patio area. |
