A large double room with king size bed and a large luxurious en-suite. The en-suite consists of twin basins set in a granite top with in-shelf cupboards, free standing boat bath with hand shower and a separate double shower cubicle, as well as large natural slate tiles throughout. Flat screen TV, Freeview and DVD Player included.
A double bedroom with king size leather bed and en-suite facilities. The en-suite features a bath with shower over and glass panel shower door. Flat screen TV, Freeview and DVD Player included.

Downstairs boasts a large kitchen / breakfast room plus separate utility room: fridge / freezer, Neff double oven and microwave, large ceramic touch-control hob, Neff dishwasher, Zanussi washer / dryer.
The lounge / dining room is open plan throughout, featuring a log burner, 42” flat screen plasma TV with Sky Plus, plus radio / CD / DVD player. A library of CDs and DVDs is available.
All upstairs rooms are fitted with premium quality carpeting, whilst the downstairs living rooms feature top quality oak flooring and luxurious rugs.
Outside, guests can enjoy a Japanese walled garden with remote controlled garden lighting and small pond (children take care!) Garden furniture and barbecue facilities are included.
