Follow the M5 or the A30 to Exeter then continue on the A30 right through Cornwall to Penzance, you are now just 3 miles from your destination. Once you reach Penzance take the road marked to the town centre the B3311, as you pass the Penzance Railway Station follow the one way system to the left and swing right. The road to Newlyn and Mousehole is signposted to the left along the coast road.
