This beautifully converted barn is now a three bedroomed cottage, with a large spacious open plan Kitchen Lounge Diner.

It has a Master double bedroom with fitted pine wardrobes, a single room with Pine bunk beds and a single room with fully fitted pine units

The kitchen comprises of a fully fitted farmhouse pine kitchen with oven and hob, microwave washing machine and dishwasher, and holds everything you could want for an enjoyable holiday. As well as the Breakfast bar with high stools, there is a large pine dining table and chairs for the family evening meal.

The lounge is spacious and looks out on the balcony which affords views over the beautiful Mounts Bay and St Michaels mount.
There is a large colour TV with DVD and Video for your enjoyment, also the DVD Player plays audio cd's if your choice is to listen to music whilst relaxing.

The balcony leading from the double french doors of the lounge hosts fabulous views over Mounts bay and the famous St Michaels Mount. There is a full wood patio set with parasol for those beautiful evenings where some spectacular sunsets can be seen.

The balcony is fully enclosed and is therefore suitable and safe for children, and there is a view over the farm where children can watch and even meet some of our Animals during your stay with us.

Our aim is to make your holiday a comfortable and pleasurable experience in one of the most beautiful settings in Cornwall on a working farm with spectacular views.

The Bedrooms and bathroom are situated on the Ground floor of The Cornbarn and there is ample parking space alongside the property.
Boskennal Farm is situated in the Cornish countryside midway between the market town of Penzance and the renowned charismatic seaside resort of St Ives.
Penzance, the gateway to the Isles of Scilly, boasts fine restaurants, museums and a plethora of shopping while St Ives hosts the well-known Tate Art Gallery, along with wonderful sandy beaches and a variety of eating places to suit all needs.
Examples of Barbara Hepworth's work and the famous Leach Pottery can also be found here. Just a few minutes ride out of St Ives lies the splendid Penwith Moors affording spectacular coastline and views of traditional old Cornish countryside along the coast road which arrives at Lands End.


The Farm Office Complex There are many historic places of interest to visit and explore in the near locality to Boskennal, along with pleasure parks, go-karting, etc. Horse riding is available 1/2m. Also wonderful walks both coastal and cross country (pubs along the way) lie close by.

The now well established and increasingly esteemed Eden Project lies just 40 miles away and the newly opened maritime museum at Falmouth (30- 45 mins) has been well received. Of course, there is also the unique and extremely popular Minack Theatre only 20 minutes away.
