The Old Inn is in the centre of Drewsteignton village, Lutyens' Castle Drogo is on the other side of the valley less than a mile away, the famous Drewe Arms pub is almost next door and the Two Moors Way passes the front door.
There are five very comfortable bedrooms, most are en suite and all have their own bathrooms, with televisions, kettles and hairdryers etc. Wifi for the workaholics, sofas and chairs and an open fire downstairs for those who want to relax.

Rooms
Complementary Organic "Trevano" guest soaps, hand made in Cornwall are in all rooms, along with half bottles of chilled white wine in the fridge and miniature bottles of whisky and brandy for a night cap.
Arrival
If you arrive at the Old Inn between4-6pm there will always be someone in to welcome you and make sure you are comfortable and happy. If arriving either side of these times please call to let us know. |  |
 | Breakfast
Our breakfasts range from the full English to scrambled eggs with smoked salmon. We occasionally have some smoked haddock or kippers, depending on availability. All the food we use is locally sourced and whenever possible, organic.
Lunch
From July light lunches are available from an uncomplicated menu, typically featuring fresh homemade herb tart with tomato and mozzarella; parsnip, apple and ginger soup; and homemade beef burgers with salsa and a rocket salad.
Pre-booked lunch on Sundays (not Sunday lunch!) features two courses for a set price, everyone sitting at one or two big tables. Wine and cheese are extra. Log fires, news papers, sofas etc. Booking is essential.
Picnics
Picnic lunches can be provided - please ask.
Dinner
Dinner is occasionally available on an ad hoc basis (whatever we are having - shepherds pie, lasagne, fresh fish, etc.). Please note that pre-booking is required for residents. |
