Keith, our chef, cooks a great selection of locally-sourced three course evening meals, with fish being a true favourite for our guests.
The hotel is not licensed but guests are welcome to bring their own drinks which we can chill and serve with your dinner.
Diana serves coffee and mints in the lounge after dinner.

 | Ingleside is a unique hotel built in the 1890s as a "Gentleman's Residence". The hotel maintains the tranquil atmosphere from when it was first built and still retains many of its original features.
Set within the grounds we have our own secluded car park next to the hotel with enough parking spaces for each room, and an acre of ground set in the hillside where you can walk, or sit and enjoy the spectacular views. In summer guests can sit under the shade of the trees drinking in the unique atmosphere.
Ingleside has 7 en-suite bedrooms, each one is furnished to the highest standards, all with a television, radio, tea and coffee making facilities.
We also have two première rooms, both are spacious and one has a spectacular balcony where you can sit out and watch the sun set on Lynton and the Lyn valleys.
