Location
Approaching Torquay from Newton Abbot, follow the A3022 towards the town.
At the traffic lights by Torre railway station, take the right hand lane and fork right into Avenue Road, following signs for the sea-front.
Follow Avenue Road towards the sea, passing straight through the first set of traffic lights. At the second set of traffic lights turn right into Walnut Road .
Rathmore Road is the first turning on the right, and the Parks Hotel is the first house on the right hand side.
