 | Guests can be accommodated in a double bedded room, a triple bedded room or a family room, which has two double beds and one single over one of the double beds. There is also a bed settee which pulls out into another double.
Within the city there are many bars, restaurants, theatres and museums, not to mention the famous Mersey Ferries. Within the local area there are many pubs, chinese, italian and indian take away outlets from which we allow our guests to bring back meals, for which we will provide crockery and cutlery.

| We are located in a residential area of the city. To find us by bus you can catch either a 12,13 or 15 from the Queen's Square bus station in the city centre and ask the driver for West Derby Road/Green Lane. This puts you off at Iceland Supermarket. From here you walk down Victoria Road and our house is at the end of the road. |  |

£20 per person, per night, room only, or £25 with full english breakfast. Chidren under 6 are free and children 6 to 16 are half price.

Location
We are situated just off West Derby Road in Tuebrook. If coming from the M62 you need to take the road signposted Football Stadia and follow that road until you pass a pub called the Stag and Rainbow on the left. At the first set of lights immediately past the pub turn left into Mill Bank. At the bottom of here there is a roundabout. Take the second road off, called Lisburn Lane. Follow this until the road turn to the right and Sandringham Road is on the left. 28 is half way up on the right.
