 | Swans Rest is a new and exclusive development of five luxury cottages and three country lodges set in eight acres with idyllic landscaped gardens and orchard with a natural lake and island that is home to resident swans and ducks. The wildlife sanctuary has been lucky enough to feature recently on BBC Television's 'Animal Hospital'.
We're proud to be a fully operational RSPCA approved Swan Sanctuary, caring for injured Swans and wildfowl along with being responsible for their rehabilitation and reintroduction into the wild.

Each cottage is designer furnished and sleeps from two to six people, with either twin or double beds in the bedrooms. All cottages have a lounge with T.V., video, D.V.D. and Free View, a dining area, a fully fitted kitchen equipped with microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster etc., and private bathroom.
All cottages are double glazed and insulated with a fully independent central heating system. There are separate patio and barbecue areas overlooking the natural pond with garden furniture, enabling you to relax in the tranquil environment.
We also now have 3 new pine lodges with verandas overlooking the pond, which are now available furnished to the highest standards.

 | The cottages and lodges are conveniently situated 300ft back from the main road with easy access to the Trough of Bowland, the Lake District and the Yorkshire Dales and within easy reach of Blackpool, with excellent golfing opportunities at Lytham St. Annes, Blackpool and Poulton.
The village of Singleton with its pub and restaurants are within walking distance, whilst historic Poulton-le-Fylde houses a variety of shops and restaurants and is just over a mile away. Blackpool and its numerous attractions are situated approximately five miles away with Blackpool Tower clearly visible from the complex. |
