 | Primrose, Bluebell, Rose and Honeysuckle are all architect designed newly converted buildings that once formed part of a working farm in the very rural village of Gissing located in picturesque Norfolk. All four cottages lie in the grounds of a recently discovered Medieval Hall House circa 14th Century.
We are delighted to have qualified for a four star rating from the English Tourist Board and we are confident you will not be disappointed.
The whole complex has been designed for families that may include a disabled member in their party. We pride ourselves on providing accessible holiday accommodation that is able to meet most individual requirements. We have level car parking adjacent to the cottages. Within the cottages themselves, you will find spacious accommodation that has been furnished and equipped to a very high standard. Three of our four cottages have been inspected for the National Accessible Scheme for Mobility.

What’s included?
Cots and high chairs are available, please bring your own baby bedding and linen. Please bring your own child safety stair gate if you feel it necessary.
All other bed linen, bathroom towels and tea towels are supplied, you will only need to bring your own pool/leisure towels. A mobile barbecue can be used in the courtyard outside your cottage. All electric and heating is included. We have a range of equipment to assist the less able guests. An up to date list can be found on our booking form.
A local company hire additional/larger equipment and deliver to Norfolk Cottages.
We have a laundry room offering a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, we make a small charge for washing and drying.

 | Norfolk Cottages leisure complex is designed for all seasons with under floor heating and the doors fold back for sunny days.
The pool is a delight to use. The water temperature is set to a wonderfully warm level so that even if you don't swim, it is warm enough to entice you in to join in the fun.
With the use of the hoist the whole family can join in. Getting in and out of the pool could not be easier.
The pool is large enough to accommodate the the regular swimmer who wants to exercise....
and those who just wants some fun.
After you swim you can let the hot swirling waters of the eight person spa give you a massage ....
