From Wroxham take the A1062 signposted Ludham, Horning & Potter Heigham. Stay on the A1062 over Ludham bridge & through the "S" bend in the middle of Ludham village 1 mile from the "S" bend take the left turn(at cross roads) into Fritton lane, where the Barn will be found 500 yards up on the left hand side.
