From M40 Junction 6, (and A40) - take the B4009 towards Princes Risborough for 1.5 miles. Take the first left in Kingston Blount and drive for 300yds past the village green. Turn right into Brook Street, then immediately left down a drive to the last house, set in a farmyard, through the automatic secure gates.
