Lower Damgate Farm is a 16th Century Grade 2 rural farm. Stunning setting in the Peak National Park between Dovedale and the Manifold Valley. Surrounded by National Trust land, with excellent local walks, outdoor activities, villages and places of interest on the doorstep of our holiday cottages.

Reuben's Roost stands near the entrance to the farm and an ancient 200 year old sycamore tree. It has views overlooking the beautiful open countryside providing a good view of the dry stone walls which snake up the hills which form such a powerful image common across Derbyshire's countryside.

Hope's Hideaway is situated about 75 yards from the main 16th century farm house and gardens. Beyond the farmhouse and only about 300 yards away, you can see the hills of Hall Dale (owned by the National Trust) which lead down to the River Dove and Dovedale.
