 | We are a small family run concern including a self catering cottage and bed and breakfast in our own cottage. We are able to give that personal touch and are on hand within the village to assist with any help you might need. We are situated in the glorious north east of Scotland on the lovely Morayshire coast peppered with quaint coastal hamlets, coves, ruined castles and beautiful secret picnic spots.
Bed and Breakfast accommodation would normally entail the use of the whole cottage if available in "Rockpool" otherwise a double bedroom in "Driftwood" cottage with en-suite,spa bath, four poster bed, seaviews, freeview TV,coffee making facilities and hairdryer.
Breakfast can be continental consisting of cereals, fresh bread, fruit yoghurts eggs etc. or full cooked breakfast. If you have special requirements please ask.

Weekly or half weekly self catering lets have a nice bottle of wine to get you into that romantic mood or just to chill on your arrival.
The cottages have been recently refurbished to the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort, including new furniture, fixtures and fittings. They both retain a 'rustic' appeal having Rayburn cookers and wood burning stoves but nevertheless, have all the modern comforts of central heating, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and televisions/DVD (with a selection of films) There is also a downstairs cloakroom in Rockpool.
In both cottages you can sit out on the bank head and enjoy the wonderful seaviews and take in the tranquil and magical surroundings of this very special village.
Rockpool has a lovely patio area to sit and also enjoy the seaviews while eating your meals or sipping a glass of wine.

 | Things to do include sea fishing, golf on several excellent courses within a 10 mile radius, Horse riding, visiting museums, stately homes and craft studios. Shop in the local towns or just enjoy a beer, a glass of malt or a glass of wine and a superb tasty meal in the wonderful Pennan Inn, 100yds walk.
Try the fresh fish or succulent scallops, luscious lobster and Languistine in a sweet chilly dip or game if in season. The creamy, chunky 'Pennan Skink' fish soup, with a hint of whiskey is a meal on it's own. Yummy.
The nearest paper/Spar shop is 2 miles away at the coastal village of Gardenstown along with a bakery for your hot crispy bread and pies, a post office a health centre and another pub! Come and relax in Pennan, it really is just 'Heaven on Earth'.

Low season £190-£325 High season £350-£400per week
DRIFTWOOD Bed and Breakfast
£25pppn for dble en-suite £30 single occupant.
