Our prices are seasonally adjusted, ranging from £ 22.50 low season GBP to £44 peak season GBP per person per night. Children under 12 years are at a reduced rate when sharing with two adults (out with festivals). Children under 2 years are absolutely FREE.

Approaching the city centre from the west, the M8/A8 to the A702, turn right up Lothian Road, carry on through Home Street. Turn right opposite the Kings Theatre into Gilmore Place/Lochrin Buildings. The Kingsview Gust House is 200 yards along on the right. (Look out for the red rose arch over the Thistle Gate). Next door to the Braveheart Guest House.
