The house was originally the Rectory for the nearby Scottish Episcopal Church and was built with the grace and solidity associated with such structures.

The rooms are spacious, comfortable and centrally heated. All rooms equipped with a radio and a colour television.
We have:- One double,twins and family bedroom (sleeps 3-4),all en-suite, with showers and family room (sleeps 2-3) with private bathroom. A cot is available.
Coffee,Tea and Herbal Tea in each room.Homemade shortbread will be waiting for you, We have Clothes drying facilities.

Our price range is £25 - £30 per person per night based on double sharing, reduced rates for children up to 12, babies in cots free.

Location
There is a direct bus link from Leven that will take you to the heart of Edinburgh.
A train link is available from nearby Markinch or Kirkcaldy where there is good car parking at the station. Again, this is into the heart of the city.
We are only 14 miles from St.Andrews,40 minutes from Perth and 30-40 minutes to Dundee.40 mins from Edinburgh Airport.
