| Allt Ruadh is a self catering holiday cottage in South Dell on the Isle of Lewis in the Western Isles of Scotland. It is situated approximately 4 miles south of the butt of Lewis and 24 miles north of the town of Stornaway. The accommodation consists of 3 Double Bedrooms. All the beds have electric blankets; a cot is available on request and all your bed linen is supplied. Sitting Room has an open fire (an initial pack of peat is supplied) and a TV. The Kitchen is fully equipped with most of the appliances you might want; The Bathroom has an electric shower; all rooms have electric heating. Click here to view a summary of facilities. Lewis is is a beautiful island offering ideal holidays for walking, fishing, birdwatching; there are sandy beaches at Eoropie and Port of Ness and indeed, throughout the island. Locally, there is a hotel, supermarkets, a children's play area, an arts centre and a local museum. Lewis offers many interesting sites such as the Callanish Standing stones, The Garenin Blackhouse Village, Carloway Broch, Arnol Blackhouse. The Butt of Lewis Lighthouse, St Moluag Church at Europie.
