Location
Shoreham Beach enjoys an island-like topography being almost completely surrounded by water. Its out of the way location makes for a tranquil setting rarely visited by tourists. The River Adur to the north joins the sea through the harbour entrance just a few hundred yards from the house. Whilst at high tide the beach is shingle, low tides reveal a vast expanse of flat sand.
