These lovely self-catering apartments provide central accommodation in Brighton.
Steyne Mansions is very close to the pier and Theobald House is close to the train station in the North Laine.
Both are within easy reach of the sea, shops, cafes, restaurants, gay and straight bars and clubs, the Palace Pier and the Royal Pavilion, Theatre Royal and Conference Centre.
Theobald House has views out over the rooftops to the sea. Steyne Mansions boasts a sea glimpse but is only 100m from the sea.

the living room & kitchen
This open plan living area is well equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge and washer/dryer. All the necessary cutlery and crockery are provided and you'll find a dining table with four chairs in the bay window. On the other side of the room is a bed-sofa which can sleep two comfortably. There is also a TV/DVD and a Hi-Fi system.
the bedroom
The bedroom has a south-facing window looking out over the rooftops to the sea. It has good sized double bed with a wardrobe and chest of draws as well as blackout blinds for those who need a lie-in. |  |

The living room and balcony
This bright spacious room has large south facing windows and door out onto the balcony providing great views over the North Laine to the sea. There is a sofa which doubles as a bed and can sleep two comfortably (linen provided).
The bedroom
This room has a south-facing window. The bed is raised so that you can enjoy the view out over the roof tops. It has a blackout blind for those who need a lie-in. Linen is provided for the bed. There is a large wardrobe and plenty of storage space for suitcases etc.
