Manor Guest House offers newly refurbished single and double standard rooms, a twin/double en suite room, a family en suite room sleeping four persons and a newly refurbished four poster en suite room sleeping four persons. All rooms are equipped with remote control colour Freeview TV with 35 TV channels and 24 radio stations, hairdryer, radio alarm clock, fresh towels, tea, coffee and hot chocolate. A laundry service is available upon request and an iron and ironing board are located in the first floor shower room. Our ground floor bedroom is designed to accommodate the needs of partially disabled guests.

Leave the M25 at Junction 9 and once on the A24 follow this road all the way into Worthing. At Grove Lodge roundabout follow the signs to Worthing town centre. You will pass Broadwater Green and the shops. St Mary's church is located on the left hand side. Manor Guest House can be found 200 yards on the left hand side. Once you have reached the guest house, turn left into Georgia Avenue and our private car park is on the left.
