This is the original farm house which has been tastefully restored with ground floor stone slate floors and many oak beams and large inglenook fire place.There is also a modern kitchen, shower room and utility room on the ground floor.
It has 3 interconnecting bedrooms and bathroom in a crog loft.

The farmhouse is a small cosy cottage full of oak beams and slate floors.
It has full oil central heating.
There is a lounge and separate dining room and a modern fitted kitchen with gas cooker, microwave and fridge-freezer.
The lounge features a colour television, DVD and video recorder and wood burning stove.
There is also a shower room and utility room with a washing machine. Because the cottage has a “crog loft” there are no corridors upstairs. The 3 bedrooms and bathroom are all interconnecting.
The large master bedroom has a double bed. The master bedroom has the bathroom
leading off, this then leads to a smaller bedroom with one single bed. Beyond this is a further bedroom with 2 single beds. There is an exit door from this bedroom leading to the outside.
There is parking for one car next to the cottage.

 | The Location
The farm overlooks the sea and the famous Shell Island, just above the farm buildings there are panoramic views of the whole of Cardigan Bay with the Llyn Peninsular stretching away to the right. On a clear day its possible to see 100 miles down to Pembrokeshire. It is also possible to see the very top of Snowdon from the farm.
Gilfach Farm is secluded and very private. It is approached along a 1/2 mile farm shale drive from the road, yet it is only a mile from the village of Llanbedr, one of the prettiest villages on the Snowdonia coastline and 10 minutes from the beaches.
