Across the Teifi from Poppit on the road to Mwnt is Gwbert, an ideal location for windsurfing, canoing, sea fishing or just enjoying the peaceful shore.
Aberporth and Tresaith
These sandy beaches are among the most popular in the area and the coastal path links Aberporth with Tresaith. At low tide it is possible to walk along the foreshore to golden beaches of Penbryn, whose sand dunes and woodland are managed by the National Trust
