Tregaron has a leisure centre, Red Kite Centre,and Welsh Gold Centre. The Talbot Hotel has folk evening entertainment from time to time and a restaurant. Cors Caron Nature Reserve with walkways and hide is 1 mile away. Llanddewi Brefi of Little Britain fame is a pretty little village 3 miles away.
The area is one of beauty, situated in the foothills of the Cambrian Mountains, there are many places of interest. Llyn Brianne, Strate Florida, Devils Bridge to name just a few. Aberystwyth with Art Centre, National Library of Wales, donkey rides and pitch and put etc. is 18 miles away whilst Aberaeron and the Ceredigion's Heritage Coast with some lovely beaches is 17 miles away.
